The missing pieces

Excerpt from the missing pieces:

In this society that emphasizes on the packaging, we would sometime inevitably envy other people's good looks, and lament about our own imperfection.  But in my years of experiences, I have discovered that there is no one life that is perfect, everyone has a lack of something.

Some couples are very loving, wealthy, but have problem bearing child.
Some have the looks and talents, but have rough time in relationships.
Some are wealthy, but they don't have harmonious family.
Some seems to have a good life, but their brain could be empty all their life.
People's life has been designed with imperfections, you may not want it, but it is yours.
Don't hate your imperfection, learn to accept and embrace it.

Our imperfection let us to learn to be humble and passionate with others.
If there were no hardships, we will be complacent.
If there were no depression, we will not have passion to console those who are less fortunate.

You don't have to have everything.  If you had everything, what have left for others?
Don't compare yourself with others, cherish what you already have!
Don't envy others, count the blessing that has bestowed upon you!
Accept what you have and appreciate it!
